With 27 years of leadership experience and a distinguished 20-year career in the U.S. Air Force, our founder brings discipline, foresight, and clarity to every client engagement. ROGER MOORE
Founder & Chief Consultant, Skyward Capital
As a veteran with over two decades of service in the U.S. Air Force, Roger has led complex teams, navigated high-stakes operations, and managed projects with global impact.
He now brings that same level of commitment, structure, and strategy to the business world—helping executives and entrepreneurs improve leadership, optimize operations, and scale with confidence.
Roger holds a master's degree from Clemson University in Human Resources Development and a bachelor's degree from Wayland Baptist University in Business Management with a minor in Leadership. He also has over 1000 hours of Leadership training from the U.S. Air Force from the Senior NCO Academy and Senior Joint Special Operations Courses. He is currently furthering his expertise through Yale University's Accelerated Management Program which is a steppingstone for C-Suite certifications.
